In a major leap toward elevating customer satisfaction, Domino’s Pizza Nigeria, the market leader in Nigeria’s quick service restaurant (QSR) sector, has launched its new Smart Call Centre in partnership with Nigeria’s telecom giant, 9mobile — its long-term service provider and technology partner.

With this new system, customers can now place their pizza and meal orders more efficiently, enjoy shorter wait times, and have their meals delivered with enhanced speed and accuracy. The Call Centre also doubles as a dedicated customer support hub, ensuring every query or concern is addressed promptly.

“As an organization, Eat’N’Go is committed to being at the forefront of customer satisfaction,” said Patrick McMichael, Group CEO of Eat’N’Go Africa.
“By adopting innovative technology solutions, we continue to enhance our service delivery — and this new call centre, powered by 9mobile, enables us to serve our customers faster, smarter, and better.”

Tech Meets Taste: A Partnership that Redefines Accessibility

The collaboration with 9mobile integrates cutting-edge telecom technology into Domino’s customer operations, creating multiple communication channels and enabling a reliable, high-speed connection between customers and the brand.

“This partnership will revolutionize food delivery services in Nigeria,” added Mr. McMichael.
“It gives us greater accessibility to our customers, improves our communication efficiency, and helps us deliver on our promise of fast, convenient, and delightful service.”

Also speaking at the event, Juergen Peschel, CEO of 9mobile, expressed excitement about the partnership:

“Eat’N’Go Africa is one of our key enterprise clients, and we are thrilled to support this innovative approach to customer service. It perfectly aligns with our core values of Quality, Innovation, and Customer Experience.

He emphasized that the partnership demonstrates how technology can transform business operations, making them more efficient, scalable, and customer-driven.

Nationwide Rollout and Economic Impact

The Call Centre is currently active across all Domino’s branches in Lagos, with nationwide expansion already underway. It will also feature multi-lingual support, making it more inclusive for customers across Nigeria’s diverse communities.

Beyond service improvement, the initiative will create new job opportunities for Nigerians and contribute to the growth of the country’s digital economy.
